Plaintext←→pseudo-braille converter

This encoder/decoder literally just converts text to UTF-8 bytes and adds 0x2800 to each one of them, which turns them into characters in the Braille range. Of course, it's not a real Braille alphabet, but just a similar-looking way of encoding arbitrary data using it. And yes, it does support any unicode characters. Even the Braille itself. Try it!
